Rock Candy Geode! (Followed recipe from YouTube here.)

Notes: took about three times longer for the sugar to crystallise. Don’t know why. Used microwave tempering for the chocolate; resulting tempering wasn’t too bad - could’ve used more heat with the dark layer. Severely underestimated the amount of white chocolate needed, which is why both layers (dark and white) are uneven. Overall, pretty happy with it nonetheless.

I didn’t realize the entire thing was candy at first.

Here I initially thought this was a legit rock, like some precious stone smothered in chocolate.

Like someone gonna bust a tooth on that shit.
